Class Description:
When the weather outside is frightful . . . you need an album that's delightful! Winter Mini-Album is the perfect canvas for all your chilly photos. We'll start with Bare Elements chipboard pieces and bind and alter them into a frosty mini-album that's the perfect tribute to the winter season. But wait, there's more! Each of the two interior spreads features a pop-up snowflake centerpiece! The double-sided pull-out pages provide plenty of room for additional photos and journaling, and the full sheet of punch-out alphabet pieces allow for any title and captions you like.
Your kit comes bursting with chipboard pieces, Bazzill Bling cardstock, Daisy D's and Rusty Pickle papers, an Imaginisce foam stamp, Basic Grey alphabet, snowflakes, jump rings, brads, a color copy of Karen's original and all templates needed to create this wintry bit of fun.
Join me for this class - I promise it won't leave you cold!
Supplies you should bring to class are as follows:
Adhesive - student's choice - something that works well on chipboard
Fine line glue pen - this is helpful for the tips of the pull-outs
Glue Dots or Tacky Tape - something strong!
Trimmer and Scissors
Brown colored pencil or fine-line pen
Corner rounder (regular small size is fine)
Regular office tape
Paper piercer (or push pin)
Scoring tool and ruler
Needle nosed pliers (optional) - these can be helpful for pulling and spreading brads through chipboard
Crop-a-Dile (if you have one) or a regular office or anywhere hole punch
All photos can be added later, but here are the sizes on Karen's project:
Five horizontal 4x6 (pull-outs, page 1)
One horizontal 5.25x4 (cover)
Four vertical 4x5.25 (page 2, 3, 4, back cover)
