Class Description:
Starstruck
is an album with a lot of character, and the starring role belongs to . . . the stars! We'll combine two great mini-albums from Rusty
Pickle (6x6 cardboard + chipboard primitive stars) into one uniquely-shaped album with a binding technique that you're sure to use
over and over. The stars have a bigger role than just lending their shape to the album, though. They open up to reveal pop-up hearts
and more space for photos and journaling. It's an interactive project that you'll find hard to put down. You can display the album
upright with one or more of the star cards opened up - it makes an attractive piece for a bookshelf or mantle.
Oh wait -
did I tell you about the papers? The stylish and saturated red/cream/black Rusty Pickle Mayflower collection will sail its way onto
the pages of this album. The theme is wide open. I decorated my project with black and white pictures of my kids and their cousins,
but this album would also be good for adults, family, home, travel, love or 4th of July (for the Americans). Substitute some Christmas
papers and you've got an incredible gift album for the holidays.
Your kit includes cardboard pages, chipboard stars, Bazzill cardstock, alphabet stickers, patterned papers, Quickutz punched embellishments,
metals, brads, rubber bands, pop dots, fabric strips and templates that are already printed on the cardstock for you! What could be
easier? Oh, and let's not forget the detailed instructional handout with a color copy of my project and extra templates for your future
Starstruck creations! Are you ready to scrap like a star?
